The Building Bundle has helped ensure there are no forgotten items during our build. Tremendous resource that's been well used. Highly recommend!
I cannot express how helpful this has been. Kept me from going crazy on the details because it's been well documented and adds to the positive experience. Please don't hesitate this is a good investment. Our house building process has gone very well and we are just about done... final stretch. Now for a final cleaning list!!! Then it would be a magical list. Thank you for having this great tool.
This is more than just a guide or some thoughts; this checklist will save you from the anxiety of thinking you are missing something. Without knowing some of these unique build features/ideas on the front end you will pay dearly on the back end with change order fees. One change order fee saved and this checklist is paid for. Don’t hesitate. Get it!
We used the checklist when making decisions for our 2022 build. The list covers so many features and ideas - it really gives you confidence that you're not missing out or overlooking something. Nearly 2 years into living here full time, and we still feel like there is nothing of consequence that we would change, and I definitely think the the Builder Brigade checklist gave us direction, and helped us be so successful in our build. Sharing the checklist with our builder made things much simpler at the party as they new what we wanted from the get go.
I watched this guy on TikTok and liked what he had to say. First thing I ever bought off TT. We were just starting to build the house. I used this so much. I did end up putting sidewalk all around the house. Access point for shower and tub plumbing. Enclosed crawl space. We also put in to circuit boxes so electric if ever needing updating would not require getting around the vaulted ceilings. We pre wired house with the cat6 right off. Didn’t do those Smurf tubes only because my contractor talked me out of them. That was a mistake I followed this checklist as the house moved along. It was a1600 square foot house. It helped.
I used this list extensively to direct upgrades with my interior designer and my builders subs! Worth every dollar!
Your Builder Checklist has helped us out so much during our build! Our Builder has commented that he was impressed with some of the questions we brought up during the process (they came from you!). Thank you for providing this resource! Love your TikTok videos too!!
Worth every penny!
About 50 % done with my build - your checklist has made all the difference, making it easier to communicate clear expectations with my builder and filled with so many options/ideas I never would have considered. Thanks for doing this, Dennis!
Just completed our new build home. This guide was very useful in planning and managing our design and construction.
When I first saw the awesome checklists from Builder Brigad, I knew it would be a great resource for my architecture classes. And I was correct. This puts a different vantage point when first considering how we want to design a house. The lists are very in-depth but still allow for personal preferences. The resources included with the lists are also well-made and very educational. The checklists take the guesswork and stress out of designing and building a house. The customer service is also awesome! If you have any questions they will do their best to help you and answer your questions.

No. Same content, different format. The Workbook is the printed, pen-and-paper version of the same checklists. We made it for builders who would rather not pull out a phone or tablet on site.
The Workbook is its own physical product, but you can add it to the Bundle for $50 instead of $99. Just check the "Add the Workbook" box on the Bundle. Most homeowners do this so they have both digital and physical versions.
Yes. The Builder Brigade app is free to download on the App Store and Google Play, and our homebuilding community at builderbrigade.app is free to join. The Bundle adds a 30-day trial of the app's paid features.
Most homeowners pick the Bundle with the Workbook add-on. It is the best value: every checklist, the app trial, and a physical copy on the job site for $179 total. If you only want one, get the Bundle.
14-day money-back guarantee on every format. If it does not help you, we will refund you, no questions.
